Amy Matysio has been a member of the General Fools since 1997, and has played with the ensemble in all ten seasons.

A Canadian Improv Games alumnus, she has been improvising for the 13 years. Amy has toured numerous Canadian festivals with the company, and is also a mainstage player with the Vancouver TheatreSports League.

Amy is an award-winning actress, recent stage credits include the smash hit Mr.Marmalade, Pageant (Hot House Theatre), The Leisure Society, The Shape of Things (Theatre Ecstasis), Dogbarked, George Dandin, and Cinderella (Globe Theatre). Appearances in Film and TV include New Line Cinema's Just Friends, Corner Gas, Redemption SK, Android Apocalypse , Move Closer, and the upcoming films Sleepwalking, The Englishman's Boy, Finn on the Fly, and Mulligans.

Amy also frequently, lends her voice to radio comedy, drama and commercial work, she voiced the "Canada Reads" winning novel Lullabies for Little Criminals for CBC's "Between the Covers".
